In his role, he oversaw all aspects of the company's marketing efforts and drove sales for their core Employer of Record (EOR) and Agent of Record (AOR) function as a partner to the CRO. He brings decades of leadership experience in human capital management and specializes in driving business strategies that result in lasting growth.
Bhamre's experience spans leading sales, marketing, and product functions that deliver value for customers in the Fortune 500, including large healthcare organizations, global banks, and technology companies. In addition to his vast experience in product management, services, account management, and sales, Bhamre served as Senior Vice President of TalentWave, a leader and pioneer in independent contractor management and payroll.
